Operational Excellence & Organizational Development Executive

PURPOSE: Operational Excellence & Organizational Development Executive role help to build up operational process which can help any teams in Operation department co-ordinate and work fast, smoothly. On the other hand, this role to connect information from multiple operation Directors from Production, Sale, Marketing, Post-Produce/ Scheduling/ Client Service and support them implementing new Regulation, Strategy, Process.

– Analyze, develop and implement business processes and workflows with multiple internal departments to create efficient operation processes and improve products quality;
– Develop procedures for data analysis methodologies and management reporting for strategy decisions
– Support and consult team members on organizational and process systematic with Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company;
– Analyze of organizational requirements and implementation of target setting and performance measurement tools which promoting companies’ culture that encourages top performance and high morale;
– Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations;
– Work with Head of Operation and senior stakeholders to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals;
– Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations;
– Support staff communication with the management team.

– Become an Operational Excellence Manager who creates, runs and manages company’s processes, systems.
– Develop strong judgment and decision-making, strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask.

– Bachelor degree, majoring in Business Management, International Business, Finance & Economic or equivalence. Preferable from reputable universities
– Excellence Vietnamese & Good English communication skill; strong interpersonal communication skill is preferring.
– Working experience 2+ years as Business Analyst, Project Management, Consulting, Corporate Strategy is preferable.
– Critical Thinking & Analytical Skills: Data analysts work with different data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions, trends & optimize solutions with strong business acumen.
– Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office and software spreadsheet programs is a must. Prefer candidates with experience working in production-house companies. Capacity to learn and adapt in a fast-paced start up environment
