Below are job descriptions for the team roles of Certified Educator, a key position which is pivotal to the success of Kindermusik Franchising in each country.

Qualifications:

Musically competent; able to sing on pitch, with a light, high voice quality suitable for young children.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; persistent and able to connect well with both adults and children in a positive and nurturing way.
Highly observant and responsive, with strong organizational and planning skills.
Highly energetic and physically fit; able to sustain teaching 45- to 60-minute classes with joyful inspiration, passion, and dynamic presence.
Service-driven; able to lead through example with a strong heart for teaching both adults and children.

Responsibilities Overview:

Studying lesson plans and preparing for effective lesson delivery per assigned curricula, according to guidelines and standards set by Kindermusik Vietnam.
Successfully creating a positive Kindermusik experience in each class through the smooth, professional delivery of each lesson, according to guidelines and standards set by Kindermusik Vietnam.
Providing support to, and nurturing positive, professional relationships with, every child and family that attends classes in the Kindermusik studio.

Training duration:

You will be assessed by our Master Trainer on your skills and personality. And upon acceptance into the program, you will undergo a training with the Master Trainer for 6 months or more (the duration varies from one candidate to another), which includes face-to-face training, online training, and final assessment.
