Administration/ Events Intern

Job Type: Intern

Responsibilities:

Administration:

• In charge of general correspondence, mail registration and filing (electronic and hard copy protocols).
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and assets, stationery/amenities for office and meetings;
• Ensure maintenance of equipment such as computers, photocopiers and etc.;
• Procurement of consumables, stationery and etc.;
• Implement administrative procedures related to new/amended/supplemented legal documents;
• Schedule and coordinate vehicles and drivers, including driver booking schedules.

Events:

• Assist Project Managers/Project Executives in all matters related to logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops; music and dance exams and other adhoc events
• Assist in the identification of meeting/workshop venues, confirmation of participation, attendance register, payment of per diem/accommodation/travel expenses associated to the meetings/workshops;
• Take care of all event logistics;
• Perform other related duties as required.

 

Required skills/ Qualifications:

• Must have attention to detail and be highly organized.
• Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on computer
• Professional email and phone communication is required
• Understanding of Events Management concepts and best practices;
• Skilled in project management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A dedicated team player with the ability to work independently;
