Job Purpose:

En Pointe Management & Global Embassy is looking to recruit a Senior Education Recruiter to deliver talent attraction, selection programs and talent pool, the pipeline for our Creative Education Ecosystem including the following multidisciplinary industries: K-12, Early Education, Education Consultant, Music, Sports, Contemporary Arts, Acting & Performance, Yoga, Dance with HR services. This role will:

  • support our Education Ecosystem Business Units’ strategic recruitment initiatives including best in class recruitment and employee’s journey that will position the group as a place educators want to work for and clients want to work with.
  • support a portfolio of managers across our Education Ecosystem in identifying their growing needs and provide best practice advice and guidance to the managers and educators.
  • ensure we build a strong and successful engaged workforce, our talent pool, and talent pipeline that helps us to service our Business Units and Partners in an ever-growing market.

Job Description:

The main areas of responsibility will be focused on the following key areas, but not limited to:

  • Identify great pools of talent to recruit from. Participate Job Fair, Campus Recruitment, Career Fairs, Education Community Groups on Facebook, Linked In Zalo, The formal Associations in related field , music, sport, yoga, fine arts etc…
  • Develop new and innovative approaches to attract quality candidates using a variety of networking tools
  • In depth understanding of each brand’s needs, educator requirements to recruit the best candidates.
  • Propose & analyze current market trend to get the best employee packages in each industry under our group.
  • Be responsible for several vacancies concurrently, sometimes covering a variety of disciplines — managing these through the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Managing recruitment process by implementing recruitment policy all the way through the entire process, consistent with our branding and recruitment policy.
  • Provide a talent pool of quality candidates, especially in our Creative Education multidisciplinary industries so we can build a continual pipeline.
  • To truly believe in the En Pointe’s & Global Embassy’s culture and will sell the amazing opportunities to both experienced and graduate candidates (educators).

Job requirements:

  • University/College graduate with minimum 3-year experience.
  • Must have wide networking and strong experience in recruitment (especially in education).
  • Good English communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service.

Technical skill and Competencies:

  • Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Sharp person with strong can-do attitude and able to work under high pressure.
  • End to end recruitment experience including high volume activity & tight deadlines with a proven, quantifiable recruitment track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to establish trust, respect, competence and confidence.
  • Experience with employment branding, innovative sourcing strategies, and building robust pipeline of diverse talent
