Reporting to: Head of Marketing, Business Growth Director & Assistant to Business Growth Director
Liaising with: Brand Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive


  • In charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the brand, products, and services.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote a company or brand’s products
  • Manage various channels like social media networks, Google Ads, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to the target
  • Planning campaigns, analysing metrics, and identifying trends, having experience in art direction and social media is a must.
  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing team including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
  • Planning and managing our social media platforms, and online assets.
  • Preparing accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Assign and manage team members’ workload and performance.
  • Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Overseeing and managing all digital projects.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Advertising/New or Electronic Media with 5+ years of digital marketing experience with managing paid social media campaigns, 2+ in relevant positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • A good understanding of HTML, Javascript, and WordPress is required, and the ability in using Photoshop, and Illustrator is prefered
  • Experience managing paid & organic search campaigns, hands-on experience with SEM including SEO, Paid & Organic Search, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Email Marketing, Microsoft AdCenter, Facebook Power Editor, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts
  • Quick thinker, self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with multitasking capability and prioritization skills
  • Excellent project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to lead and build teams.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.


  • Proven experience as a digital marketing manager.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organised with an objective-oriented approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, FB Ads, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
