Education Project Manager

Job Purpose:

Education Project Manager is responsible to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, work closely with Senior Project Manager to get all the updates and direction for the project.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Work closely with Managing Director in all aspects from Finance, to Marketing, Execution and Production to propose plans, discuss, finalize, follow up and ensure to get the highest result for all projects’ requirements.
  • Do market research Meet with clients and stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Establish, cultivate relationships with clients, respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues.
  • Work with multiple internal departments to create efficient working processes and help improve the quality of products.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Develop presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Be able to create, manage and improve processes, timeline and budget.
  • Good at client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Good at verbal and written communication skills. Good at speaking and writing in English.

Technical skill and Competencies:

  • Good at verbal and written communication skills. Good at speaking and writing in English.
  • Strong working knowledge of office tools (Excel, Work, PPT, etc).

Other:

  • Prefer candidates who experienced on working in creative industry, education, event, fundraising, NGO.
  • Prefer candidates who interested in art, education, NGO.
