Job Purpose:

• We are looking for a UX/UI designer to help execute a user-friendly design for our products. You will be required to produce innovative solutions for our Graphic & UXUI designs making them practical yet straightforward to use. Your contribution will improve the efficiency of the product and help increase customer experience and satisfaction of our company.
• Create both functional and appealing features
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and apps function and look like.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

Job Description:

• Design UI/UX for Website, System and other products according to user-friendly criteria.
• Work closely with the Development Team to ensure that the layout is delivered correctly
• Create and design various materials for Marketing/ Sale/ Event and digital collateral
• Participate in the full product cycle from conception to launch
• Efficient time management and handling of multiple projects
• Constantly learning, developing and applying new skills

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX & graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Skills in video editing is a plus
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to take constructive feedback and capable of interpreting feedback into design solutions
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to the team
• Great attention to detail and work outcomes to ensure timeline
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required. Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed.
• Think in terms of design systems and making rational design decisions.
• Strong passion for UI/UX trends. Committed to user experience, a strong sense of user empathy.
• Collect and examine the needs of the user.
• Plan and develop new visual designs for computers, smartphones, and digital products.
• Use sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards for illustration and depiction of designs.
• Design user interfaces elements mainly menus, widgets, tabs, etc.
• Illustrate the functions of the website and develop UI mockups and prototypes.
• Create tables, sketches, filters, images, and other websites/applications graphic designs.
• Follow the client’s instructions concerning style, color schemes, and fonts, etc.
• Monitor and manage the previously developed systems.
• Conduct user tests of developed applications to evaluate user experience.
• Stay updated with information on the latest UI trends and design skills.

Technical skill and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Advance in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, Figma and other graphic design software
• Familiarity with HTML preferred
• Strong understanding of wireframe tools.
• Strong communication skills and a team-building spirit.
• Good time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive designs.
• Strong design thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Good English skills
