Vietnam Contemporary Visual Arts Academy (VCVAA) is a pioneering visual arts school for students aged 2-18 offering international standard programs, including Drawing & Painting, Fashion Design, Sculpture, Photography and Digital Arts. VCVAA programs address both the short and long-term learning and development needs of students at all levels, from beginner to professional. ​

VCVAA, with its world-class facilities, is also an Arts Exhibition Center where students, families, professionals, and the general public can holistically experience and engage in the arts to develop a thriving community that deeply connects with both local and international markets.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will cooperate with manager & team to establish a full strategic marketing plan from brand/product/program concept.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Job Description:
  • Together with Marketing Manager to create, manage and track marketing campaign in general and social media campaigns on Facebook specificly, as well as other social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn,….)
  • Work on website for new content and updates
  • Manage and oversee campaign set-up and execution
  • Monitor campaign budgeting and key performance metrics
  • Proactively develop and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Participate in the development of media plans and media plan proposals for brand manager
  • Research analytics and user behaviors to identify areas of opportunity and improvement, pull required data for campaign reports
  • Produce creative briefs and work with the design team in developing creative assets
  • Perform campaign operational duties such as creating tracking links, uploading new creatives, launching new campaigns and any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related field with 2+ years marketing experience, especially have experience in managing paid social media campaigns, and content marketing or event organizing are a plus.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager
  • Quick thinker, ability to work in a fast-paced with multitasking capability and prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented, ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and to perform efficiently within a fast-paced team environment
  • Good project management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to lead and build teams.
  • Experience managing paid & organic search campaigns, hands-on experience with SEM including SEO, Paid & Organic Search, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Email Marketing, Microsoft AdCenter.
  • Long term commitment.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Prefer candidates who experienced on working in creative industry, education, event, fundraising, NGO.
  • Prefer candidates who interested in art, education, NGO.
