Responsibilities:

• Assist to perform customer service activities and studio operation
• Assist to coordinate and implement studio events
• Assist to work closely with parents to complete school registration form, tuition fee and complaints
• Create and update all information related to parents and students
• Maintain assets at all Studios
• Assist with daily administrative duties.

Required skills/ Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for business, communications or similar field.
• Confidently communicate with customers in Vietnamese and English
• Soft skills to interact with children.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a passion for customer service field.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities.
