The Vietnam Institute For Arts Education (VIA Education) provides international education programs for music and performing arts, the latest and best research, curriculum and training for teachers, and the highest quality materials and publications in order to raise the standard of music and performing arts education in Vietnam and build both a cutting edge and sustainable arts community.

Asia Music & Performing Arts Education (AMPA Education) is an international non-governmental organization which aims to provide platforms for young children to be able to touch and feel the arts. Our key focus is promoting creative education through the development of thousands of Dream Spaces across the country. These are rooms/arts hubs at schools in cities and provinces alike, where we will either build/renovate and provide equipment and the environment for students to be introduced to, and be trained in the arts. Furthermore, with the implementation of a variety of projects in giving music and dance scholarships to less advantaged children, running music classes at different orphanages/shelters, providing arts donations in-kind, we are positive that the impact of creative education shall significantly impact our community.

Job Purpose:

Graphic Designer is responsible for defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, logo guidelines, layouts, and photos for VIA Education/AMPA and its related activities/projects.

Job Description:

• Maintain creative vision and ”look and feel” of productions from inception to release.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team and other teams to produce the creative products that suit the required work.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all mediums including merchandise, POSM, product catalogs, social media platforms, eCommerce properties, print ads, etc.
• Develop ideas for marketing activities, branding recognition, website, and stationery products, and turn them into reality with design.

Job requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Photography and Retouching skills highly recommended
• Creative, active, able to work under pressure, positive energy, and teamwork.
• Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented.
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, responsible.

Technical skill and Competencies:

• Understanding of creative concept development – Basic/Skillful/Expert
• Understanding of editing process – Basic/Skillful/Expert
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
• Strong Powerpoint and Microsoft Office Skills
