Job Purpose:

A competent Sr. Digital Manager can successfully translate the efforts of our digital marketing into a united strategy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a necessity٫ because the Sr. Digital Manager collaborates with a variety of teams in order to ensure consistency. Your ultimate charge is to plan٫ optimize٫ and execute a cohesive and effective digital output٫ so that we can achieve business goals. Your optimal knowledge of digital marketing techniques and skills will be of integral importance in the success of our online marketing efforts.
The Sr. Digital manager will collaborate, help supervise, and manage the activities of an organization’s websites, social media accounts, digital marketing campaigns, and other aspects of the digital ecosystem.

Job Description:
  • Address and oversee digital projects for all CSMC
  • Closely analyze and produce data regarding SEO and marketing metrics.
  • Use marketing and digital strategies to suggest and create innovative ideas aimed at increasing web traffic.
  • Monitor progress of digital objectives٫ ensuring that web best practices are met.
  • Make sure social media٫ blogs٫ or other sites are operating at peak performance٫ and running smoothly for the customer.
Job Requirements:
  • Working experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies.
  • Conversant with how digital channels work and Google Analytics.
  • Web development skills and CMS experience/knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and team management skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Exemplary skills in stakeholder and project management
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
  • Proven work as Digital Manager in previous organization
