JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Supporting Head of marketing and other members of the marketing team in organising various projects
  • Conducting market research and analysing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
  • Help organise and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, workshops, etc
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
  • Follow the agency (media agency, digital agency, production house…) to make sure they deliver the execution on time.
  • Handle all the contracts related to the marketing department: together with marketing team members to understand the service & KPI to prepare the service contract
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
  • Prepare document for advertising license request for new product
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Managers
  • Reporting to: Head of Marketing/Business Growth Director and Executive Assistant to BGD
  • Liaising with: Brand Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing
  • Experiences in the Educational field is an advantage.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organised with an objective-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
